About Aviva Children’s Services

Aviva supports 3,700+ foster children every year who are victims of neglect, abuse, and poverty.

They provide:

• Emergency resources

• Family support

• Behavioral health services

We’re racing toward Tucson with 2,000 socks & undies to deliver at the 2025 Arizona State Leadership Conference!

 

What to Donate

• Socks

• Underwear

• Wipes

• Bras

• Diapers
   

How to Participate

1. Item Donations

• Minimum: 25 items

• 1 item = 1 point
   

   2. Funds Donations

• $50 minimum

• $1 = 1 point
   

Bring all donations to the conference drop-off station (hotel details TBA). Do not ship items directly to Aviva.

 

Recognition & Incentives

• Special recognition for every 500 items donated by chapters, auxiliaries, and youth.

• Group drop-off photos at the conference (perfect for ZSMS documentation).
   

Key Dates

• November  8, 2025 → Deadline to submit funds (to be included in the big check presentation at the 11/22 luncheon). Send funds to the State PayPal at arizonazetas@gmail.com with a memo “ASLC Z-HOPE”

• November  22, 2025 → Group drop-off & photo at conference.

• December 15, 2025 → Final deadline to report all donations in ZSMS + receipts to the State Z-HOPE™ Coordinator.
   

Reporting

• Submit all donations in ZSMS (instructions coming soon from Z-HOPE™ International Committee).

• Keep and submit receipts for verification.
