Our Mission
Through these recognition programs, we celebrate members and Auxiliaries of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. because their dedication, leadership, and service truly make a difference. The work they do strengthens our sisterhood, keeps our values alive, and creates real change in the communities we serve. When we celebrate what they've accomplished, we inspire everyone else to carry forward that same spirit of commitment and empowerment.
Zeta of the Year
This program awards its winners with the titles of Zeta of the Year (ZOY) and Most Supportive Zeta (MSZ). Each year, members are asked to vote for outstanding Zetas that deserve the special recognition of Zeta of the Year or Most Supportive Zeta of the Year.
Individual chapters will need to submit the names of their selected members for Chapter Zeta of the Year and Most Supportive Zeta of the Year by October 19th, 2025.
NOTE: Each chapter shall select one Soror for each of these categories.

Z-HOPE Award and Recognition
The Arizona Z-HOPE Award is an opportunity to recognize chapters in the State of Arizona who have implemented extraordinary programming in their community and beyond, enhanced their community in significant, visible, and noticeable ways, and have positively impacted the State of Arizona through time, talent, and finance.
The Arizona Z-HOPE Award will honor Chapters and Auxiliaries that participated in the Z-HOPETM mission and the Power of S.H.E. All chapters are encouraged to participate in this award opportunity to showcase their dedication to making a difference in the lives of others.
Amica of the Year
This program awards its winners with the titles of Amica of the Year (AOY) and Most Supportive Amica (MSA). Each year, members are asked to vote for outstanding Amicae that deserve the special recognition of Amica of the Year or Most Supportive Amica of the Year.
Individual Amicae auxiliaries will need to submit the names of their selected members for Auxiliary Amica of the Year and Most Supportive Amica of the Year by October 19th, 2025.
NOTE: Each Amicae Auxiliary shall select one Amica for each of these categories.

Arizona State Milestone Program
Sorors who have celebrated Zeta milestones in increments of 5 years will be recognized at the Arizona State Leadership Conference. What makes this program unique is that it does not focus on the number of uninterrupted years of service. It focuses on celebrating the Sorors’ current active status within the organization while highlighting the number of years of continuous membership.

Qualification Criteria:

To qualify, Sorors must be financial in the 2025 – 2026 Sorority year on all levels (National, Regional, State and Chapter).

Sorors must have met the membership milestone between January 1st, 2025 and December 31st, 2025
​To be recognized at the 2025 Arizona Leadership Conference, submissions must be received by October 20th, 2025.
