Plans for the 2026 Arizona State Leadership Conference are being finalized and we are seeking volunteers to serve. Below are the committees that can use your assistance.  You will be contacted once you have signed up.  Thank you!

1. Phylacter Team - Do you have an interest in the AZ State Phylacter role? Do you want a peek behind the curtain? Do you just what to lend a hand? Come join the 2026 ASLC Phylacter Team! The team will meet virtually a few times prior to conference weekend, assist sorors during voting, keep time during debate, assist with election tech needs, and support with other parliamentary duties. 

    

2. Emergency Response - Ensures healthy Conference attendees. Remains aware of attendees with health challenges. Exhibits willingness to provide emergency procedures if necessary, until emergency personnel arrive.

3. Choir - Join Sorors from across Arizona to raise our voices together at this year's State Leadership Conference at the Interdenominational Devotional Service. No experience needed, just a love of song and sisterhood.

4. Decorations and Setup - Support the planning team to setup and decorate rooms for the Pearl Luncheon and State Director's reception.

5. Protocol and Amenities support - Provides support during the conference, transportation and ad hoc support of Dignitaries and special guests

6. Technology - Support the ASLC tech team with setup, breakdown, and monitoring of technology, and audio/visual needs during the conference. 

7. History Project - Help the State Historian with collecting, and documenting Arizona Zeta History. If you like to take photos and record videos, there's a space for you too!

8. General - provide additional help where needed prior to and during the conference
