The Arizona State Leadership Conference will be held November 21–23, 2025 at the Sheraton Tucson Hotel & Suites, located at 5151 East Grant Road, Tucson, AZ 85712.

We are excited to welcome vendors and exhibitors to be part of this event!

Vendor Fee: $125 per booth (located in a secure area).

​

What’s Included: One 6-foot table (assigned on a first-come, first-served basis), finished carpet space, heating/air conditioning, and lighting during exhibit hours.

​

Expected Attendance: Approximately 60 conference participants

​

Requirements: Vendors selling Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. paraphernalia must be licensed through Zeta Phi Beta’s International Headquarters.
