CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Written requests for registration refunds must be EMAILED on or before November 6th, 2020. All requests must be sent to the attention of Soror Yvette Leonard, State Tamias yvetleonard@gmail.com, 2020 Arizona State Leadership Conference, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. Refund requests will be processed 2-4 weeks after the state leadership conference. Refunds WILL NOT be provided for no-shows.

STATE DUES

According to our State Bylaws, only sorors who are financial at all levels will be given voting rights at the State Leadership Conference. Please be mindful to pay all dues and assessments prior to registering for the conference.

MEETING PLATFORMS

We will be utilizing Zoom for the conference calls each day of the conference. Please be sure to download the Zoom application prior to the meeting dates. We will be using Election Runner for all voting during the conference (more information to come after registered).

To complete accurate credentialing and elections, when registering you will be asked to provide an email address or phone number that will be used to call in to the conference.  Please provide both so we can accurately take attendance, run elections and complete credentialing for the conference.
